Amy Jones, Vice President
Ask most Vice Presidents what they do, and you’ll rarely hear the reply, “Anything our employees ask of me.” Amy Jones’s unique, employee-centric perspective is what’s landed Andy J. Egan Co. at the top of list of 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For both regionally and nationally each year. Before taking on the title of Vice President, Amy managed the company’s Human Resources department, but started at the family company part time while in high school. She saw a future need at the growing company in human resources, and pursued that career path at Michigan State University, from which she graduated in 2006. Her passion for people extends beyond her work life, and she’s passionate about supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation and other charities. Amy volunteers with several West Michigan charities and enjoys involving her son and daughter in community service whenever she can.
