We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with our fabrication department. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated project managers, tradesmen, service techs and engineers, we’re interested in meeting you.
Duties:
- Initialize estimates and manage documents throughout the bid process
- Maintain department bid schedule, reconcile and manage within Building Connected
- Assist with Job Initializations and review contract details for proper set up
- Responsible for organization of job folders and document control
- Process and track subcontracts, change orders, submittals and RFIs
- Maintain billing schedule and process billings as contracts require
- Run weekly accounting job reports
- Enter daily timesheets
- Assist with maintaining welder qualifications and continuity
- Work closely with the fabrication administrator to support fabrication project managers, quality manager and foremen.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite (Required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
