Grand Rapids, Mich.—Mechanical contractor and fabricator Andy J. Egan Co. (Egan) has, for the 20th consecutive year, been named one of West Michigan's Best & Brightest Companies to Work For. The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) held its annual program honoring best practices in human resources on June 4, where it also honored Egan with one of 14 Elite Awards. For the sixth time, The NABR recognized Egan as the region's "Best of the Best Small Business."

This is Egan's 15th Elite Award, putting the company in another category of "Iconic Winners." Winners are selected based on their outstanding overall scores and are recognized as Elite in their respective categories. Since 2014, Egan has also been recognized as one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. Egan has earned three Elite Awards in the national competition and has appeared on the list of top 101 employers nationwide four years running.
