Berrien Springs, Mich.—Show Host Jonny Reinhardt invited Dave Jaworowski from Andy J. Egan (Egan) on Always Learning with Berrien RESA to discuss HVAC planned maintenance programs along with Berrien RESA Superintendent Eric Hoppstock and Director of Facilities and Security Troy Boone.

The trio shared the importance of planning ahead for mechanical system maintenance, risks of forgoing maintenance and strategies for dealing costly replacements for major equipment.
