Back-to-Back Elite Awards Put Egan's Trophy Count at 18

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.—Mechanical contractor Andy J. Egan Co. (Egan) earned its 18th trophy in the "West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" Program. For 11 consecutive years, Egan has been awarded a spot on the list, in addition to earning seven elite awards

Only 11 of the 101 companies are honored with elite awards annually. In both 2016 and 2017 Egan was acknowledged for its “Compensation, Benefits & Employee Solutions.” In previous years, the company earned the "Communication & and Shared Vision," “Best of the Best” and “Best Small Business” elite awards.

The Michigan Business Professionals Association (MBPA), which administers the awards program, uses an independent research firm to select the top companies based on innovative and thoughtful human resources approaches.
