We are looking for a Project Manager to support our Sheet Metal Department with construction projects within Andy J. Egan Company. Duties:

  • Build customer relationships and increase sales
  • Review contracts, plans, specifications, submittals, and other contract documents to develop a plan for the successful completion of assigned projects
  • Establish, monitor and report project progress as well as track and report materials, labor and subcontract costs on a regular basis
  • Develop construction schedule
  • Discuss coordination of purchases, fieldwork, fab work, deliveries, tools, construction equipment, rental equipment, subcontractors, crane and rigging – with foreman
  • Start coordination drawing process (if applicable)
  • Manage manpower (crew size and ratio)
  • Manage material handling
  • Identify and quote changes in the scope of work
  • Maintain daily communication with foremen
  • Attend progress meetings and labor meetings
  • Inspect project sites regularly to ensure contract compliance, verify workmanship standards are met and all safety procedures are being followed
  • Responsible for purchasing, invoicing and receivables
  • Responsible for our job progress as well as our subcontractors

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel) (Required)
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • General knowledge of estimating process
