Andy J. Egan Company, mechanical contractor, has an open Document Control position.  Individual selected will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support. This position will be working onsite at construction site in Lansing. 

Position requires an individual who is extremely professional, demonstrates high standards, integrity, enjoys interacting with people at all levels and thrives in a fast paced environment.  Tasks could include overseeing and/or directing data entry, scanning of files, document control, billing, time keeping, process shop drawings and submittals and assisting onsite Project Managers as needed with a variety of tasks.  Experience in the construction industry a plus.

Qualifications:   The ideal candidate for this position should have strong communication, customer service and organizational skills, along with good attention to detail.  Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with the following software is a plus:  Sage (Timberline), Compass Software, and BlueBeam.
