We are looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk to assist the accounting department within Andy J. Egan Company. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, we’re interested in meeting you.
Duties:
- Assists with the posting of AR payments
- Work with purchase order system through company software program
- Assists with AP invoice processing, splits, and pre-entry tasks
- Mailing of weekly check run
- Scans and files important accounting documents
- Maintain vendor information in accounting software
- General file management; scanning/printing/saving
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite (Required)
- Experience in AP/AR and General Accounting (Required)
- Construction-based accounting experience (Preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for file combining/printing/filing (Preferred)
- Has an understanding of GAAP and exercises confidentiality on all aspects (Preferred)
- Experience with Sage 300 and Sage Intacct software (Not Required)
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Suite and Adobe

Schedule:
- Flexible
- 25-30 hours/week
