Safety & Training

Andy Egan is committed to providing a safe, healthy work environment for our most important asset--our employees. Egan has a history of working safe, exemplified by an average EMR rating of .70 over the past 15 years. This is well below the industry standard of 1.0.

Egan's comprehensive safety program is managed by our jobsite foremen and superintendents. In addition, our general superintendent observes and addresses onsite safety as part of his regular visit. All employees are expected to monitor their surroundings, identify conditions that might jeopardize safety, and report the conditions to their supervisor.
